My name is Laura and I am an Art Teacher by day and artist by night. I have two passions in life. One to teach the next generation about art and two to create art that speaks to its viewer. I try to squeeze in creative sewing whenever I can.
I grew up surrounded by art, but it was my Grandmother who gave me my passion for fibers and fabric. While I still love to paint and draw, stitching is my main medium of choice these days. Because with fabric and thread you can do anything!
